Refund Policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in full and in the same condition that you received it. This means, if you have used it and the item has since become damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

You will be eligible for a refund if the product you have received was damaged and unusable in accordance with section 4 clause 1 (sale items) 

You will not be eligible for a refund if you have simply changed your mind about a previous purchase after it has been shipped and delivered.

Refunds (if applicable)

Prior to you returning your item, we will require you to contact us via email with the subject line “Refund”

If your order is eligible for refund, we will send you an address to send the parcel to. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, less the postage costs incurred by us for your item. Your postage costs will vary depending on where you are located.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Sale items can be changed within 7 days of receiving (if item is damaged and eligible for refund or return)

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact form.


To return your product, you should mail your product to a nominated address that we will provide you in the refund email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
