PO Box Deliveries (Please Read) 

To ensure that you receive your items as fast as possible, we use the first available shipping carrier that is able to deliver your package. Due to security reasons, a majority of our private couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes 

Please use either your home, street or place of work as the shipping address. 

Rural areas should expect slightly longer shipping times as metro areas are the couriers first priority.

It's about time you get a good night's rest... That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items within the working week.

Please be advised that once we hand a package over to a courier, we are no longer in control or are responsible of the order. We will supply you with your tracking number and are happy to provide you with updates, but we are NOT responsible for the couriers actions once the parcel has been shipped.

How Long Until I Receive My Weighted Blanket?

The processing of an order starts only when the payment for an order has been made in full. Orders placed before 8am (AEST) will be dispatched within 24 to 48hrs (Business days) after receipt of cleared payment. Ensuring you get your Weighted Blanket as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

All orders placed on our store can be tracked via our tracking page. Simply enter your order number # and the same email used upon purchase.

On the order tracking page you will see your orders progression, current location, live postage updates & which products are in your package. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking page.
